#UGREnCasa: Research

During the COVID-19 crisis, the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer, through its Scientific Assessment Unit, and the International School for Postgraduate Studies (EIP), wish to provide a virtual space for students to continue their learning and resolve any doubts related to scientific publication, communication and assessment. In the document below, which is constantly updated, you will find information on the current initiatives being carried out, as well as supplementary information on how to follow the activities.

The #Yosigopublicando (I continue publishing) Telegram group is open to the entire UGR community. Its goal is to resolve any doubts related to scientific publication, bibliometrics, project planning, scientific curriculum development, etc. For instance, perhaps you do not know in which magazine it is best to publish an article, you do not know how to share research data, or you want to learn about the h-index. Or perhaps you need to prepare a research project and some doubts have come up. This group will try to resolve these doubts and share materials that are useful to all members. In this way, we will be able to continue publishing effectively instead of abandoning our scientific activities.

Every Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. we will open a different thematic space related to scientific publication and communication. The system works as follows. Using our information channels (see the section below), we provide the connection details to access the virtual classroom created for each activity on Google Meet. The session will always begin with a 30-minute presentation given by Daniel Torres-Salinas. In the remaining time, the virtual classroom will remain open to resolve any doubts on different topics of interest.
